Payment: For customers with established credit our terms are net 30 days from invoice date. An approved credit application and a current wholesale tax exemption certificate must be on file. Finance charges of 2.0% per month (24% annual rate) will accrue on any past due balance. Credit terms are offered at the discretion of Wagon Hammock Nursery and the right to cancel credit at any time is reserved.

Delivery: We will make delivery arrangements for customers who request this service. All freight travels at the responsibility and risk of the customer. Freight charges are due upon receipt of the order.

Guarantee: We guarantee our stock to be vigorous and true to name; no other guarantee is expressed or implied. All products are offered subject to availability and current crop conditions. Our liability in any instance shall be limited to the purchase price. Claims must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours to report a claim.
